Organization X is a large non profit with employees scattered throughout the U.S. Their sheer size and geography made it challenging to provide the professional support needed for those on the frontline.

Organization X decided to invest in a cohort of high potential employees for Wayfind to work with. Wayfind helped each one of them maximize their strengths, learn how to best work with their colleagues regionally and nationally, meet and surpass their goals and identify the right path for them to progress within the organization.

Each participant created a personal vision, career vision and an individualized growth plan and was empowered to become the future leaders of the organization.
